Ela Empoder@ is Softex’s female entrepreneurship and diversity branch. The initiative was created to promote female empowerment in entrepreneurship projects through training and mentoring, propelling businesses with the presence of women in their foundations and/or in leadership positions. The program is being temporarily reformulated.
